Stan and Lynn Cosner purchased Daybrook Development in 2022, bringing 10+ years of experience in the oil and gas, as well as 20+ years ownings a construction and paving company. As a hands-on, locally rooted ownership team, they stay involved in daily operations and focus on doing the work right.

Bill Keiper has been with Daybrook Development since 2022 and has worked alongside Stan for more than a decade. His background includes oil and gas, trucking company ownership, military service, and counseling.

As Controller, Bill oversees financials, payroll, compliance, and daily coordination, bringing organization and clear communication to the company’s operations.

Brett Yost has over 10 years at Daybrook Development and a lifetime of experience in this field, Brett brings practical knowledge and steady coordination to daily operations.

As the primary point of contact for drivers, he schedules loads, manages communication, and helps keep jobs running safely and efficiently.
